My name is Janice Meeker. I'm a former elementary school teacher and current full-time hospital administrative assistant. I live in Gunter, TX with my husband and our sweet Maltese, Gracie. After nearly 20 years living in Allen and raising our family, we are enjoying the country quiet! Our son Jackson is the head golf pro at The Four Seasons Resort at Las Colinas and our daughter Caroline is a an account manager at Collabera. In the fall of 2012, I began decorating sugar cookies for family and friends. I was humbled by the positive feedback and encouraged to start a business. I took my first order in May 2013 and my business has grown into another full-time job! Sweet Caroline's is based in my home in Gunter, TX and operates under the Texas Cottage Food Law.

At Sweet Caroline’s we use only the freshest ingredients to make our cookies. The result is a thick, buttery, soft cookie that practically melts in your mouth!  Our most popular cookie is a vanilla / almond sugar cookie decorated with a great tasting icing that dries soft, and leaves no unpleasant aftertaste. Our custom decorated sugar cookies truly taste as fabulous as they look!
